"Sea Glass"
Walking along the shoreline, I wanted to capture the frosted, translucent quality of ocean-tumbled glass. I have collected a few pieces and the palette reflects that quiet moment. Blending soft muted colours of pink, green and pale blue water with the warm yellow of sunlight.
Sea Glass canvas has been hand stretched by me, using 100% organic linen, as the natural texture of the fabric adds interest and depth. The acrylics have been watered down to emulate watercolour and added to the canvas in my signature style.
This modern minimalist piece is designed to bring a calm, sophisticated atmosphere to any contemporary space. It features my signature soft, organic layers and translucent movements. An elegant and luminous piece.
